Released by No Limit Records on August 4, 1998, this was Snoop’s first album following his departure from Death Row Records. This record marked a new era for Snoop Dogg as it was released under his new stage name, formerly "Snoop Doggy Dogg." The album reached the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 album charts and achieved double platinum certification. The album features singles "Still A G Thang," "Gin and Juice II," "Woof," and "Hoes, Money and Clout."
